2017 Concept
The look and feel for this event was inspired by the American Music Awards’ creative on their website. While our lockup is distinctly different, I used similar colors in our gradient to their gradient to create some continuity between what the user sees and pay homage to the original event creative.
Print Invitations
The invitation is an invitee’s first introduction to the branded event. For 2017 we went ahead and sent print invitations with the nominee list.
Mobile App
App demo
While we were not in charge of the registration landing page this year, we were tasked with creating an app to enhance the attendee’s experience at the event. With the app, attendees could view their travel information and mobile boarding pass, view and save their event ticket to their wallet and order a drink right from the app and have it ready when they arrive at the event.
I was tasked with the UX and UI development for the app using the concept I came up with for the event.
2018 Concept
The deliverables for this concept on consisted of an email invitation and registration landing page. I went with a dynamic animated gradient background for the landing page, as well as modern sans serif type on a blue background.
